Returns

If you’d like to return an item for any reason, please email us at hello@induhouse.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in showroom condition, unused and with any original tags still attached. Return shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty. As we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

As a small business, we kindly ask for your understanding that we may return any items that do not meet our return requirements. Please also note that sale items and seconds items are non-returnable.

If your original order qualified for a volume-based offer or discount (such as free shipping over a certain order value) and returning items brings the total order value below that threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has arrived with us and has been checked over, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
