What kind of shops are you looking for?
Independent shops with a genuine love for handmade, natural and considered living. We're not a fit for every retailer, and that's intentional. We'd rather be in fewer shops that truly understand what we do.
Are the products all unique?
Yes! Something we are very proud of. Natural variation is part of what makes them special. No two pieces are identical. Slight differences in colour, texture and form are the mark of a human hand, not a defect.
Where are your products made?
Everything is made in Indonesia, by hand, in small village workshops and family homes. Our founder is Indonesian and we work directly with the makers, many of whom we've known for years.
Is there a minimum order?
We do have a minimum for your opening orders. However, we want you to find the pieces that are right for your shop and your customers, not feel pressured into over-ordering, so please do get in touch.
Reorder thresholds are flexible and discussed with you directly.
How long do orders take?
Because pieces are handmade, some items carry a lead time. We'll always be upfront about this. Many pieces are held in stock in the UK for faster despatch, but for larger or bespoke orders we would be able to fitting them into our bi-annual shipments.
Do you provide anything for in-store display?
We can provide stickers, tags, postcards, product origin information and high-resolution photography for stockists. We believe the story behind each piece is part of what your customers are buying.
